TYPE OF WARRANTY. 5-Year Limited Lifetime Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED. All Allure Shade Systems Inc. manufactured products are covered under the 5-Year Limited Lifetime Warranty. All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship given that:

(1) The product(s) were properly installed and operated.
(2) Product(s) were manufactured within warrantable specifications.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, alterations, abuse, cleaning, chemical cleaning solutions, customer installation, exposure to salty air, or insects. Neither does this warranty cover natural fading or color loss due to prolonged exposure to sunlight. All fabrics and other materials may fade to some extent over the passage of time. Normal wear and tear is expected and is not covered under this warranty. Cord life varies depending on use.

WHO IS COVERED. Only the original purchaser is covered under this warranty.

OBLIGATIONS TO THE CUSTOMER. In the event of a defect deemed warrantable under this warranty, Allure Shade Systems Inc. shall at its sole option and discretion repair or replace the product. For a period of (1) year from the date of installation, Allure Shade Systems Inc. at its discretion and convenience will offer to provide shipping and labour to replace or repair warrantable defective products. After this period of (1) year from the installation date, Allure Shade Systems Inc. will not be responsible for removal, re-installation, or shipping costs of the product for service. The consumer will be responsible for the removal, shipping, and re-installation of warrantable products. Repairs or replacements will be made using the same or comparable components deemed suitable by the sole discretion of Allure Shade Systems Inc. Dye lots and/or fabric weaves vary over time, within commercial tolerances, and/or among different lots. Allure Shade Systems Inc. will not guarantee the fabric/material match the existing products.

NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

EXCLUSIVITY OF WARRANTY. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties written or oral. In no event shall Allure Shade Systems Inc. be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct damage, loss, or expense.

EXCEPTIONS. Motorized products and components, shutters, and products not manufactured by Allure Shade Systems Inc. and its partners are not covered under this warranty. As these products are supplied by third-party manufacturers. Warranty information for these components and products can be retrieved from their respective suppliers/manufacturers and can also be provided by us at your request. Warranty service will be facilitated by us at our discretion.
